The Restaurant
Many tourists visit the Romanesque church of Pieve di San Paolo, one of the most fascinating architectural remains in Lunigiana.
The restaurant San Paolo, opposite the church, represents the best culinary traditions of the territory; the high wooden ceilings and the large exposed beams of the main dining area radiate a wonderful atmosphere. The “grand salon” is well appointed for lunches and dinners. All dishes are traditional and typical of the Lunigiana, mixed with specialities of Emilia, the origins of the owner.
Highly recommended are the pasta dishes, all made by hand in house, such as the tagliatelle or the lasagne al forno, the seasonal fresh mushrooms, and the local organic lamb, veal and beef dishes. The great dining room is particularly suitable for weddings and big parties. On Saturdays in the summer there is dancing on the garden terrace.
